Product Acquisition Opportunity

Project:  A mid-size U.S. based pharmaceutical firm was looking to sell its global registration and commercialization rights for a product it had in-licensed from a top tier pharmaceutical company.

Details:  Spectrum MMC had been updating the CMC section of the Canadian submission when we were asked to identify potential companies interested in acquiring the product and to facilitate the transaction. Potential candidates were identified and approached.

Result:  Based on Spectrum MMC’s initiatives a deal was struck with a large pharmaceutical company which acquired the commercial rights for North America, Europe and a portion of South East Asia.
